Shipping and returns


We ship to nearly every country in the world! We have two options for shipping: Regular post (for small orders of a single item) or Premium shipping. Regular post costs only € 4.90 to anywhere in the world. We also offer a Premium shipping option, where you can track your package online and the contents of your package are insured. While the regular mail nowadays usually reaches its final destination as planned, it's not possible to track where it is during transit. For an insured, tracked package, we recommend you choose Premium shipping.

Regular post

Regular post costs € 4.90 for any country in the world. This service can't be tracked and is shipped by mail. Consult the table below for shipping time estimates.

Premium shipping

How can I save on shipping costs?

To save on shipping, you can choose the Regular post option on checkout. This is possible for orders of just one item. Another option we suggest is placing an order with multiple people. Ask your pole buddies if they want to order as well, and split the shipping costs! As we grow, we will keep evaluating shipping costs and try to make them as low as possible for you. We will keep you updated on any reductions in shipping costs.



After receiving your order, you can return any items you don't want up to 14 days later to have your items refunded. If you return your entire order, you will get your initial shipping costs back as well.

Condition of the returned items

The clothes will need to be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. If they are damaged, dirty, have missing tags, or are in another way no longer in salable condition, we cannot accept your return. If you return your items late, we will also not be able to accept your return.

Shipping costs

The return shipping costs are always at your own expense. We don't refund return shipping costs, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We only refund initial shipping costs when you return all the items in your order within 14 days after delivery. Note that customs duties are non refundable.


You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks after we receive your return. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

How to return an item

Step 1: let us know

First, let us know you wish to return your item. You can do this by filling out our contact form.

Step 2: fill out the returns form

You can find your returns form here. Fill it out completely and accurately and include it with your return shipment.

Step 3: package your items properly

Use the original packaging, or package the items yourself in a safe way to prevent damages on the way. A well-sealed bubble wrap envelope should do the trick.

Step 4: mail the items

Make sure you have included your returns form inside the package, and that you have added your own name and address as sender on the package. To prevent your items from getting lost in transit, we highly recommend you use a trackable service when returning your items.

What happens next

When we receive your returns, we will review the condition of all items and process you returns form. Once your return has been approved, we will refund your money to the bank account on which you made the order.
