We ship to nearly every country in the world! We offer a tracked shipping option, where you can track your package online and the contents of your package are insured. We are very excited to be able to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over € 75!

Tracked shipping

With tracked shipping, you can track your package online to see the progress, and your package is insured. To view our shipping rates and transit times, use the table below.

 * : the transit time is an estimate, and shown in work days. Actual shipping time can vary by country and destination and is dependent on customs clearance.

When will my order be shipped?

We ship orders Monday - Friday around 17:00 (5PM) NL time. Usually you will get your shipping notification between 18:00 - 19:00 (6 - 7PM).

Handmade items

Items listed as handmade will be made to order. This means that there is a delay between when you order to when your order is shipped, depending on how many orders are ahead of yours. It will never take more than a week for your order to be shipped.

How can I save on shipping costs?

We know shipping costs are the worst part of online shopping, so we are very excited to offer free worldwide shipping on orders over € 75! You can shop your heart out, or place an order with multiple people. Ask your pole buddies to order with you, and get free shipping!



After receiving your order, you can return any items you don't want up to 60 days later to have your items refunded, for any reason. If you return your entire order within 14 days of receiving it, you will get your initial shipping costs back as well.

Condition of the returned items

The clothes will need to be in new, unworn condition with tags attached. If they are damaged, dirty, have missing tags, or are in another way no longer in salable condition, we cannot accept your return. If you return your items late, we will also not be able to accept your return.

Handmade items

For handmade items, the same returns conditions apply as to any other item.

Shipping costs

The return shipping costs are always at your own expense. We don't refund return shipping costs, unless you have received an incorrect or faulty item. We only refund initial shipping costs when you return all the items in your order within 14 days after delivery. Note that customs duties are non refundable.

If you received free shipping on an order over € 75, and because of a return your total order value is now under € 75, we will subtract the shipping cost (listed above) from your refund amount.


You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks after we receive your return. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

How to return an item

Step 1: let us know

First, let us know you wish to return your item. You can do this by contacting us.

Step 2: fill out the returns form

You can find our returns form below. Print it, fill it out completely and accurately and include it with your return shipment.

Step 3: package your items properly

Use the original packaging, or package the items yourself in a safe way to prevent damages on the way. A well-sealed bubble wrap envelope should do the trick.

Step 4: mail the items

Make sure that you have added your own name and address as sender on the package. To prevent your items from getting lost in transit, we highly recommend you use a trackable service when returning your items.

What happens next

When we receive your returns, we will review the condition of all items and process your return. Once your return has been approved, we will refund your money to the payment method you used to place the order.
