How do I choose the right size?

When choosing what size to buy, you can consult our size chart. The clothes have some stretch, so you don't have to worry about having the exact same measurements.

I'm between sizes, which size should I pick?

If you're in between two sizes, pick the larger of the two.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all mayor credit cards, PayPal, BanContact, bank transfer, iDeal, and Sofort Banking.

Why am I seeing "Mollie" on my bank transaction list?

Our payments are processed by Mollie, a Dutch payment provider. They enable us to accept payments through our website.

What is your bank information?

Sometimes you also need the BIC and/or address of the bank and intermediary bank. What are your shipping rates?

How can I save on shipping?

Since we are a brand new polewear company, we are not yet able to give very cheap or free shipping. To save on shipping, we suggest placing an order with multiple people. Ask your pole buddies if they want to order as well, and split the shipping costs! As we grow, we will keep evaluating shipping costs and try to make them as low as possible for you. We will keep you updated on any reductions in shipping costs.

How long will it take to get my items?

We ship orders on weekdays. If you order early in the day, we will ship it the same day! Shipping takes between 1 and 15 days, depending on where you live. For shipping estimates, see our page Shipping & Returns.

Where are APEX polewear clothes produced?

How do I wash my clothes?

Our clothes should be washed cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. They cannot go in the dryer, and we recommend washing them inside out. To keep your clothes looking good for longer, you can hand wash them.

What fabric are my clothes made of?

Our clothes are made from a 4-way stretch fabric made of 90% polyester and 10% elastane.
