How do I choose the right size?
When choosing what size to buy, you can consult our size chart. The clothes have some stretch, so you don't have to worry about having the exact same measurements.
I'm between sizes, which size should I pick?
If you're in between two sizes, you can choose either of the two. If you want a comfortable fit, choose larger, and if you want a snug fit, choose smaller. Because of the stretch fabric, both will fit you.
Payments
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all mayor credit cards, PayPal, BanContact, bank transfer, iDeal, and Sofort Banking.

Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from Amsterdam, in the Netherlands.
What are your shipping rates?
Shipping is free on all orders over € 30 in The Netherlands, over € 75 in zones 1 and 2, and over € 150 worldwide! For smaller orders, shipping costs start at € 2,90. For a full list of shipping rates, visit our page Shipping & Returns.
How long will it take to get my items?
We ship orders on weekdays. If you order early in the day, we will usually ship it the same day. Shipping takes between 1 and 15 days, depending on where you live. For shipping estimates, see our page Shipping & Returns.

Can I return my order?

Clothing information
Where are APEX polewear clothes produced?

How do I wash my clothes?
Our clothes should be washed cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle. They cannot go in the dryer, and we recommend washing them inside out. To keep your clothes looking good for longer, you can hand wash them or use a washing bag.
What fabric are my clothes made of?
Our clothes are made from a 4-way stretch fabric made of polyester and elastane.
